Responsibilities:

• Ensure all personnel, equipment, and supplies are prepared for business needs
• Assign team member duties, encourage teamwork, and conduct training
• Review time cards, adjust schedules, and enforce portion control
• Maintain security, control waste, and handle administrative procedures

Qualifications:

• Effective communication skills in English
• Ability to interact courteously with guests and team members
• Basic mathematical skills and reasoning ability
• Remain calm under pressure and complete IHOP training coursework

Physical Demands:

• Ability to handle objects, walk, kneel, talk, lift up to 10 pounds
• Occasionally move up to 45 pounds
