JOB RESPONSIBILITIES for Back of House Key
- Manages, supervises, and coordinates all kitchen-related activities.
- Exhibits a Demand for Excellence in accordance with established restaurant standards, recipes, and procedures.
- Builds a culture of teamwork, enthusiasm, and superior service with the staff.
- Assist the Executive Chef with the inventory, processing invoices, and management of supplies.
JOB REQUIREMENTS for Back of House Key
- Prior restaurant BOH food preparation experience,
- Must be able to taste – to be able to distinguish between and among flavors, spices, temperatures, mouth feel and smell,
- Must be able to work in an environment subject to cold, heat, loud noises, odors, and smoke
