Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean, dust, vacuum and mop room and bathroom according to Marriott standards and procedure.
- Clean rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
- Stock assigned housekeeping cart with cleaning supplies and room amenities.
- Replenish guest amenities in rooms as needed.
- Maintain clean and organized housekeeping storage.
- Communicate any maintenance concerns to maintenance department.
- Transport waste and trash to proper disposal area.
- Turn in Lost and Found items to the front desk.
- Maintain guest confidentiality.
- Greet guests and respond to guest requests or concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Frequent standing, bending, walking, and moving around the hotel.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull, up to 50 pounds.
- Physical strength and stamina to work extended periods.
- Availability to include weekends.
- Prioritization and time management skills.
