Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk and perform a variety of administrative tasks
- Supervise and train front office staff
- Create front desk schedules
- Handle guest complaints
- Ensure a delightful customer experience for all visitors
- Primarily second shift 3pm-11pm
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Hotel experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
