Duties & Responsibilities:
- Deliver amazing service - be customer oriented
- Ensure quality of shift and prep are completed in a timely manner
- Train new associates on register, food, prep, and smoothies
- Maintain cleanliness of front and back of house
- Manage and order inventory and supplies
- Ensure store coverage when fellow management are on leave to maintain store operations
- Set example for other crew members concerning Tropical Smoothie Cafe's operations and procedures (i.e., food quality, attendance, safety, etc.)
- Handle associate and customer concerns
- Address any quality issues immediately
- Attend bi-weekly meetings with management concerning personnel and policies, standards, and procedures
- Maintain a positive working relationship with all crew members
- Reach store and personal incentive goals
Requirements:
- Must be Food Safety certified (manager level) or willing to complete certification within 90 days
- Must demonstrate leadership skills
- Must be goal oriented
- Must have reliable transportation to the Lake Nona location
- Must be available to work all store open scheduled days and work hours (M-F 6:00 am - 9:45 pm, Sat 7:00 am - 9:45 pm, Su 8:00 am - 8:45 pm)
- Must be available to provide coverage on shifts with a call out
- Must work weekend shifts
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Minimum of 1 year of managerial experience in the restaurant or fast-casual field required
