- Delivers unparalleled hospitality to each customer.
- Prepares and assembles food and smoothie ingredients to brand standards.
- Uses sanitation practices to handle and prepare food.
- Sets up and monitors food and smoothie workstations.
- Cleans and organizes kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms and other areas in the café.
- Follows the steps to operate the register, including taking customer orders, accurately handling cash and being responsible for the drawer.
- Follows all safety and security policies set by the brand.
Requirements:
- Day shift availability with a 7:00 am, 7:30 am, 8:00 am, or 9:00 am start time and end time of 3:00 pm (shifts on average are between 6.5 and 8.5 hours long) OR
- Night shift availability with a 2:00 pm or 3:00 pm start time and end time of 9:30 pm M-Sat and 8:30 pm Su (shifts on average are between 6.5 and 7.5 hours long)
- 3 shift minimum per week - one must be on a weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)
- 20+ hours per week
- 16 years or older
