As a Director, you will lead various aspects of our restaurant operations, including Operations, Food Safety, Financial Return, Talent Management, and more. You will oversee both long-term business growth and day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to company standards and delivering high-quality products and services to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and execute operational schedules to meet food safety, quality, and guest experience standards
Mentor and coach teams to achieve top performance metrics
Ensure financial accountability and control labor and food costs
Foster a growth mindset and caring culture within the team

Requirements:

5+ years of leadership experience in business or related industry
High school diploma or equivalent
