The Dining Room Hospitality Specialist plays a key role in creating a warm, welcoming, and clean dining experience for Chick-fil-A guests. This team member focuses on guest interaction, ensuring exceptional service, and maintaining a spotless dining area.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Experience & Hospitality:
- Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel valued.
- Assist guests with needs, such as refilling drinks, providing condiments, or carrying trays.
- Engage in friendly conversations to enhance the guest experience.

Dining Room Maintenance & Cleanliness:
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, trash receptacles, and floors.
- Regularly sanitize high-touch surfaces to ensure a safe environment.
- Restock condiments, napkins, and utensils as needed.
Team Support & Efficiency:
- Assist front counter and drive-thru teams as needed during busy periods.
