Hospitality Specialist

Rate of pay$14 - 16 per hour

The Dining Room Hospitality Specialist plays a key role in creating a warm, welcoming, and clean dining experience for Chick-fil-A guests. This team member focuses on guest interaction, ensuring exceptional service, and maintaining a spotless dining area.


Key Responsibilities:


Guest Experience & Hospitality:

  • Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel valued.
  • Assist guests with needs, such as refilling drinks, providing condiments, or carrying trays.
  • Engage in friendly conversations to enhance the guest experience.
  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.


Dining Room Maintenance & Cleanliness:

  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, trash receptacles, and floors.
  • Regularly sanitize high-touch surfaces to ensure a safe environment.
  • Restock condiments, napkins, and utensils as needed.


Team Support & Efficiency:

  • Assist front counter and drive-thru teams as needed during busy periods.
  • Ensure restrooms are clean and well-stocked.
  • Support operational flow to create a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications:

  • Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
