Store Manager Job Summary:
- Train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedure to store management and crew members, ensuring all food safety procedures are executed in accordance with company policy
- Works alongside the ownership team to meet budget, sales, COG's, and Survey goals
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures to include, but not limited to, the control of cash, property, product and equipment
- Monitors inventory levels to ensure product availability, ordering product weekly
- Provides proper training for Shift Leaders and Crew Members
- Enforce all Smoothie King processes and procedures
- Ensures all store metrics are being achieved
- A balance of being in FOH/BOH, as well as in an office being able to pull reports and understand what the metrics mean
- Creates the weekly schedule for staff members

Store Manager Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of Managerial Fast Food Restaurant, Quick Service or Food Industry experience
- Flexible work availability
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Pass criminal background check and drug screen
