Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Inspire and direct kitchen staff to deliver efficient food prep and exceptional service.
- Quality Control: Supervise cooking procedures to maintain Chick-fil-A's high standards.
- Training & Development: Coach team members on equipment use, procedures, and food safety.
- Inventory Oversight: Manage stock levels and ensure adequate supplies for daily operations.
- Health & Safety: Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with regulations.
- Guest Satisfaction: Address guest concerns promptly to enhance the dining experience.
Qualifications
- Experience: Preferably at least one year of leadership experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting.
- Skills: Strong leadership, multitasking, and communication abilities.
- Problem-Solving: Stay calm under pressure and make effective decisions.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal communication skills are essential. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred to better serve our diverse community.
