Role and Responsibilities:

Serve guests with respect and urgency, ensuring fast Speed of Service
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant
Manage and lead a team to deliver exceptional hospitality
Coach, teach, and train Team Members on policies and procedures
Set and achieve team goals, celebrating successes
Model hospitality with Team Members and Guests
Develop and implement signature service offerings

Requirements:

Prior Chick-fil-A Experience is a plus
Hard-working, team-oriented, and customer service-oriented
Reliable transportation
Authorized to work in the United States
At least 18 years old with a High School diploma
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
