We have a rare opening for a Chick-fil-A Manager or (possibly) Director position. This position would include medical and other benefits, including paid time off and bonus opportunities. Role and Responsibilities:
As a Manager/Director at the Cockrell Hill Chick-fil-A you will:
- Serve guests by taking orders, handling cash and credit cards, making drinks and desserts by offering an immediate and respectful response to all guest's needs.
- Deliver meals to guests at their table or to a designated pick up area, and providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness of your work area and the patio, parking lot, lobby, and restrooms.
- Stock sauces, cups, lids, etc. as needed to maintain throughout your shift.
- Effectively manage and lead a team of people serving our guests while maintaining our operating standards to provide the best hospitality and guest experience.
- Making deliveries
- Coach, teach, and train Team Members on policies and procedures and creating a positive work environment for everyone.
- Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
- Open and/or close the restaurant leading the shift as a key holder
- Set team goals, share the score visually and celebrate the wins
- Serve as a subject matter expert for hospitality and service
- Develop a hospitality plan
- Identify and implement signature service offerings that go the 2nd Mile
- Model hospitality with Team Members and Guests
- Celebrate Team Member successes in delivering hospitality & excellent service
- Partner with other Directors to ensure Team Members are trained on service requirements
- Coach team members daily on the Recipe for Service and 2nd Mile Service
- Create daily focus on goals and specific hospitality behaviors
- Review service processes with Operator and Leadership Team
- Measure Restaurant CEM and Cares performance to identify areas of opportunity for continuous improvement and share with team
- Train team members on Guest Recovery Model
- Address and respond to CAREs and CEM comments within required timeframes
- Perform weekly assessment and feedback regarding current Team Member behaviors
Requirements:
- Prior Chick-fil-A Experience is a plus but not required.
- You must be hard-working, team-oriented, friendly, honest and have great customer service skills.
- Must have reliable transportation with a current driver's license.
- You must be authorized to work in the United States.
- You must be at least 18 years old
- You must have a High School diploma or equivalent; an Associates or Bachelors degree is preferred.
- You should be available to work any time including Saturdays - time off can be given for special requests
- At least one-year previous restaurant management or leadership experience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
