Main Responsibilities of a Catering Support Team Member
- Serve catering customers by ensuring all orders are accurate and timely
- Resolve guest's issues and complaints using our recovery model
- Assist in the completion of all catering order, delivery or pickup

As the first line of contact with our catering customers, you will play a crucial role in building trust and maintaining positive relationships.

Responsibilities of a Catering Support Team Member:
- Answer product questions to attract potential customers
- Recommend other products based on known information
- Process customer orders and ensure their accuracy
- Maintain our standards of excellence and care
- Resolve customer problems
- Clarify customers' complaints and determine the cause of the problem
- Provide adequate solutions to problems according to policy
- Assist in the day to day business when needed
- Handle all delivery and pickup orders in a timely and caring manner
