Sylvan Learning Center of Cape Coral, Ft. Myers, and Estero are looking for loving teachers for all ages of students. Our curriculum is linked to the national standards, offering help in Academic Reading, Mathematics, Writing, SAT/ACT Prep, Study Skills, and Homework Support. Depending on student needs they are placed into one or more of these programs.
What are the perks and benefits of working at Sylvan Learning Center? The student teacher ratio is 3:1 which allows students to work one-on-one with their assigned teacher and have time for independent practice each hour. No preparation or taking work home afterwards. Just show up, teach, and leave!
What does career growth look like at Sylvan Learning Center? Many of our directors started here as teachers. As we grow, we love to promote from within when the opportunity arises. Teachers may also become lead teachers who help train and do administrative tasks.
