Who are we looking for?
We are looking for upbeat, friendly, and motivated individuals to add to a fun and vibrant culture in our store in Yorktown Heights. Come prepared everyday to deliver excellence to our customers! Bakers are to prepare Crumbl’s signature, giant, warm, delicious cookies from our world class rotating menu for our customers. Training is offered on the job, no previous bakery experience is necessary.
The focus of this role will be to assist our manager in running the store's daily operations, engage and inspire our crew of bakers and uphold the Crumbl standards of incredible cookie quality for our loyal customers. Our store leaders set the tone and expectations for success. We accept nothing but the best from our leadership team.

We offer a flexible schedule Monday - Saturday. We are closed on Sundays. Compensation:
$18 plus tips
Schedule:
Full Time; Part Time
6-8 hr shifts, 4 -5 days a week including Friday and/or Saturday

Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate mastery performance level at all stations in the store (training and time for mastery provided)
- Supporting management in any needed aspect.
- Managing a team of 8 - 16 people.
- Assume roles and responsibilities at stations as needed.
- Ensuring that the work environment is safe, secure and healthy.
- Meeting deadlines and ensure quality.
- Ensure great customer service at all levels.
- Mentoring & assist in the training of new employees
- Cashing out the drawer without access to the safe
- Fulfill and take catering orders, including call ahead orders
- Managing customer flow
- Cleaning store with your team, ongoing and end of shift
Requirements:
- Supervisory experience
- 18 years old or older
- Notable communication skills
- An eye for detail and accuracy
- Reliable, with high integrity and a strong work ethic
- A team player
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Computer literacy and mobile phone to access scheduling and communication apps
- Proactive organizational skills
- Ability to keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work around customer demands, including availability to work at least a Friday or Saturday each week
- Stand, walk, bend, use hands, appliances, and lift heavy items for extended periods
- Reliable transportation
- Authorized to work in USA
- Obtain Food Handlers Permit prior to start date (we will provide communication on how to obtain)
