Foreman

Requirements:

·        Minimum 10 years carpentry and concrete experience

·        Minimum 3 years commercial construction experience as a foreman

·        Knowledge of concrete and framing

·        Provide own tools relevant to the trade

·        Ability to read and comprehend Plans

·        Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to multiple job sites

Job Duties:

·        Ability to follow and maintain all required safety procedures and processes

·        Construct, erect, and install structures and fixtures made of wood, such as concrete forms

·        Building frameworks, including partitions, joists, studding, and rafters

·        Install window and door frames

·        Ability to install siding, drywall and batt insulation

·        Safely operate hand and power tools

·        Use measuring devices and read tape

·        Other duties as assigned
