Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve customers.
- Provide high quality of customer service to customers.
- Serve foods and beverages to customers.
- Have full knowledge of the menu to recommend specific items to customers.
- Follow SOP on food & beverage preparation and order system.
- Ensure that work stations are set up before the shift commences.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of work areas.
- Ensure sufficient stocks for daily operations.
- Minimise wastage and spoilage of food ingredients.
- Any other duties that may be assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of service experience is preferred but not necessary. Training will be provided to those without experience.
- Must be able to commit to work for at least 4 months.
- Must be able to work a minimum of 18.5 hours per week (including 1 day on the weekend).
- Have good work ethics, initiative and willingness to learn.
- Warm and cheerful personality.
- Able to communicate well with customers.
- Fluent in English, any other language is a plus.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Hourly pay rates: $11 on weekdays & weekends / $14 on public holidays.
