Human Resources Coordinator

Rate of pay$32000 - 35000 per hour
  • The Human Resources Coordinator will assist in implementing HR plans, HR initiatives, invoices and all aspects of talent acquisition, which includes recruitment, hiring top talent, onboarding, training, succession planning and employee retention strategy/planning.
  • In addition, with the support of store directors, this position is responsible for learning RI state laws and will create systems to ensure that our business is 100% compliant with all employment law.
  • Must assist with executing operational excellence in the FOH/ and BOH.
  • The Human Resources Assistant will also be required to foster our culture by modeling all restaurant policy and holding high standards of policy/procedures with our team, while treating everyone with honor, dignity and respect. Lastly, the Human Resources Director sits on the executive team as a strategic business leader, driving results and casting vision for this area of the business.
  • The ideal candidate is detail oriented, enjoys being part of a close-knit team and has strong communication skills.


Closed Sundays

All Chick-fil-A restaurants are closed on Sundays so you can have a day off to spend with family and friends.

Salary: $16-20 per hour // $33,280 - $41,600 equivalent

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8hr shifts, Days and/or Evenings, weekends as needed
