Responsibilities:
- Candidate will need to be FLEXIBLE in working through responsibilities and systems
- Candidate must enjoy LEARNING new equipment. This will involve reading manuals, reviewing schematics, and calling manufacturers
- Maintenance of trash and debris within and throughout Facility.
- EQUIPMENT INCLUDES a broad range: from fryers, to toasters, to refrigeration, to ovens, to food warmers, to food mixers, to dishwasher, to ice machines, to beverage dispensers, to floor scrubber, and MUCH MORE
- MAINTENANCE INCLUDES a broad range: HVAC Preventative Maintenance (P&M), roof maintenance, painting, caulking, grouting, power washing, limited welding, limited electrical, limited plumbing, and MUCH MORE
- MISCELLANEOUS equipment/ maintenance includes: irrigation system, vent hood cleaning, various equipment CLEANING window cleaning, door sweep/ gasket, seating, fly prevention lights, drains, fire extinguishers, and MUCH MORE
- Must appreciate COST and TIME EFFICIENCY
- A primary goal of this position is to reduce the cost and various effects of a poorly maintained building and equipment
- The facilities manager works in his area of expertise while allowing our restaurant operations team to focus on leading their teams
- Assist in utility positions when needed and finished with daily tasks (ie. dishes, trash, bathrooms, etc.)
Salary: starting from $17 per hour

Schedule: Mon-Sat, Late night/overnight work required
