Roles and Responsibilities (depending on work area)

Customer Service:

Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, either at the counter or through the drive-thru.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, offering menu suggestions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain a clean and inviting dining area, including clearing tables and promptly attending to spills or messes.

Food Preparation and Quality:

Prepare menu items following Chick-fil-A's high-quality standards, ensuring consistency and taste.
Follow strict food safety protocols to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
Assist with food assembly and packaging to ensure orders are delivered accurately and promptly to customers.

Teamwork and Communication:

Collaborate effectively with fellow Team Members to maintain a smooth workflow during busy periods.
Communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors, ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
Foster a positive team atmosphere by supporting each other and working together to achieve common goals.

Flexibility and Adaptability:

Adapt to a fast-paced work environment, especially during peak hours.
Maintain composure under pressure and handle high-stress situations with professionalism.
