Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Smile and create emotional connections with guests
- Maintain eye contact and speak enthusiastically
- Honor and encourage others to follow the restaurant's vision and values
- Adapt quickly, multitask, and communicate effectively
- Be team-oriented, dependable, and uphold Chick-fil-A rules and dress code
- Work on your feet for several hours, ensuring an exceptional dining experience
- Other duties as assigned

- Consistency, reliability, and a cheerful attitude
- Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and work well independently and in a team
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule and meet physical requirements
