As an Assistant Manager, you will oversee and coordinate strategies to drive the restaurant towards the Operator's vision, ensuring food safety, speed, and quality. This role requires self-drive, high energy, and strong analytical skills to problem-solve operational challenges.

General Responsibilities:

Ensure the Operator's vision is achieved
CARE for team members, guests, and the community
Problem solve operational challenges to meet sales goals
Keep Food Cost, Labor, and Inventory Expenses within budgets
Create goals, accountability, and consequences for performance standards
Monitor and maintain food safety procedures
Oversee team member-related issues and maintain records
Execute Performance Reviews and maintain Chick-fil-A best practices
Create a culture of CARE, Safety, and Fun

Preferred Qualifications:

2 years of leadership experience in food service or similar environments
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
Self-directed and highly organized

Hourly Wage:

$18+ Dependent on experience
