An executive leader at Chick-fil-A Ina is responsible for the day-to-day store management and the organization's strategic planning. They lead a team of over 100 people, including store leaders, and work with the owner/operator to execute the strategic plan.
Some responsibilities of an executive leader include:
- Developing and implementing systems for high-performance teams
- Ensuring the restaurant meets food safety, quality, and customer service standards
- Creating a culture of growth and development for team members
- Operate at a high level of customer satisfaction
- Leading the development of the store's vision and direction
