Delivery people are responsible for ensuring prompt, courteous deliveries of placed food orders

Maintain contact (telephone) with the command center at the specific location in which you are

assigned (Carlsbad, Encinitas, La Jolla, Point Loma, Scripps Ranch).

Minimum Qualifications:

• Maintain and excellent driving record.
• Some delivery experience preferred.
• Excellent Communication Skills and Customer Service Oriented.
• Customer Focus, Dependability, Teamwork, Coordination, Organization, Time Management,
• Some computer skills preferred.
• Be able to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision.
• Ability to prioritize and organize workflow on a daily basis to accomplish required tasks.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Delivering orders to specified address
• Maintaining safe operation and clean appearance by complying with company dress code
• policies, procedures, and standards
• Operating and maintaining company owned vehicle in safe and clean condition
• Operating and maintaining personal vehicle in safe condition.
• Receiving payment from customer in either the form of cash or signature on credit card receipt
• Loading and unloading orders.
• Interfacing with customer in a professional manner
• Answering phones and placing orders using the POS
• Stocking driver supplies, folding boxes
• Side work within the restaurant
• Performing other duties as assigned
• NO SMOKING while delivering orders
• MAKE SURE order is correct prior to leave the restaurant
