General Manager Qualifications:
*Manages staff to provide appealing restaurant service
*Must have Kitchen experience, cooking and managing
*Must have Front of the House Experience
* Maintaining a professional atmosphere at all times
* Minimum 5 years of restaurant experience (less for qualified teachers from other industries)
* Previous Managerial experience
* Knowledge of computers
* Knowledge of POS Systems
* Proficient in the following dimensions of restaurant functions: payroll, scheduling, purchasing, sanitation, security, company policies and procedures, personnel management, recordkeeping, and preparation of reports
* Responsible and Reliable
* Being well groomed at all times
* Must have initiative, leadership ability, and outgoing personality
* Being polite and pleasant
* Must train employees to work together as a team
* Good communication skills in dealing with staff and restaurant patrons
* Must be able to handle the pressures and problems that are created in a restaurant
* Being able to multitask a wide range of activities within the restaurant at once
* Being able to determine applicants' qualifications and experience to be suitable for their position
* Must possess a valid driver's license
* Must be eligible to work in the United States
Compensation
*$70,00 to $120,000 depending on ability

Working Conditions
*Hours will typically be 50-60 hours a week
* Have the ability to perform all functions in the restaurant
*Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, lifting products and supplies weighing 45 pounds, and repetitive hand and wrist motion.
*Working with hot, cold, and hazardous equipment, operating phones, computers, and other office equipment.
