Overview:

As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in assisting the collections process of the dealership. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and maintain long-term customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business. You will be a problem-solver, providing the highest quality customer service to ensure total customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the collections process and communicate with customers and their references
• Cultivate and maintain long-term customer relationships for repeat and referral business
• Provide exceptional problem-solving skills to handle all issues with the utmost customer service

Hours:

Tuesday through Friday 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Saturday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Requirements:

• High school degree
• Bilingual
• Prior experience in a customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Availability for 10-hour shifts and weekends
• On-site position
