Burger King Hourly Shift Manager for Nights and Weekends
Manager is responsible for all shift operations including:

Providing
Guests with Fast, Friendly Service, and Hot, Fresh Food
·
Driving
Guest Satisfaction by leading and motivating employees
·
Supervising,
Training, Coaching, Follow up, and Leading Team Members
·
Following
all Burger King procedures for cooking and preparing menu items
·
Ensuring
Food Safety and Cleanliness Standards
Responsibilities:
·
Responsible
for restaurant operations during assigned shifts, including closing the
restaurant.
·
Provides
production direction to Team Members in a clear, concise way
·
Sets
an example for staff by working hard to implement the shift plan and ensure quick
and smooth operations
·
Delegates
in a way that encourages teamwork during the shift
·
Motivates
Team Members to exceed Guest expectations with quality food and friendly
service in clean surrounds.
·
Works
with team to act on Guest Feedback and resolve complaints in a timely,
friendly, and professional manner.
·
Directs,
trains, and encourages Team Members on each workstation during the shift
·
Manages
product waste
·
Directs
the After Closing of the Restaurant duties of the employees.
·
Accurately
and completely take inventory of all products and records them in the computer
·
Counts
waste and enters information in the computer
·
Inspects
and approves the after closing work done before employees leave.

Requirements:

Must
be 18 years of age or older
