Snow Hill Attendant:
Responsibilities:
· Greet guests warmly and provide information about the snow tubing experience.
· Assist guests in selecting or returning tubes for their ride, whether single, tandem, or 10-person tubes.
· Ensure all safety protocols are followed by guests, including proper tube use and adherence to park rules.
· Monitor the snow hill to maintain a safe environment and enforce safety regulations.
· Assist guests in getting seated comfortably in tubes and provide instructions for a safe and enjoyable ride.
· Respond promptly and professionally to any guest concerns or inquiries.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tubing area, including equipment and surrounding spaces.
Santa’s Village Attendant:
Responsibilities:
· Assist visitors in the photo-op spot, ensuring they have a wonderful time capturing memories with Santa, or Flurry the Snowcat. Guide them through the process while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
· Photo-Op Personnel: We will have a camera set up, and will need someone to click the button for that photo with Santa! Assist with guest poses, arranging props, and ensuring a smooth photo capture process.
· Provide exceptional customer service with a warm and friendly attitude. Answer questions, offer assistance, and contribute to a positive visitor experience.
· Keep the Santa's Village area tidy, organized, and visually appealing throughout the day.
Snow Dome Attendant:
Responsibilities:
· Keep a vigilant eye on guests within the dome to ensure adherence to safety guidelines and protocols. Proactively address any unsafe behaviors or situations.
· Provide assistance and guidance to guests, especially children, in making the most of their snow experience. Offer helpful tips for snow activities and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
· Implement and enforce safety measures, including wearing appropriate clothing, adhering to activity rules, and maintaining a safe environment for all visitors.
· Assist in snow grooming procedures by promptly and efficiently clearing the dome of guests during snow maintenance periods. Coordinate with the team to ensure a smooth transition for guests during closures.
· Offer exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, providing information about snow activities, and ensuring an enjoyable visit for families and individuals.
Ice Rink Attendant:
Responsibilities:
· Demonstrate proficient ice skating skills to effectively assist and guide visitors on the ice.
· Provide friendly and helpful assistance to skaters of all levels, including those who may be struggling or new to ice skating.
· Enforce safety protocols and general rules to maintain a secure environment for all guests.
· Monitor the ice rink area to ensure a safe and clean environment, addressing any hazards or concerns promptly.
· Assist in the setup, maintenance, and teardown of the ice rink as needed.
· Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
Janitorial:
Responsibilities:
· Perform cleaning duties, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming throughout the facility.
· Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, changing rooms, and common areas.
· Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste.
· Clean and sanitize surfaces, equipment, and high-touch areas to uphold hygiene standards.
· Monitor and replenish restroom and janitorial supplies as needed.
· Assist in maintaining outdoor areas, including walkways and seating areas, free of debris and snow.
· Follow established safety protocols and procedures at all times.
· Collaborate with team members to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for visitors.
Food Truck Staff:
Responsibilities:
· Operate and manage food truck operations efficiently, following health and safety guidelines.
· Prepare and serve a variety of food items from the menu with attention to quality and presentation.
· Engage with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, taking orders, and addressing inquiries or special requests.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food truck, including equipment, utensils, and workstations.
· Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and communicate stock needs to the supervisor.
· Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service and timely order delivery.
· Adhere to food safety standards, including proper food handling and storage procedures.
· Assist in the setup and breakdown of the food truck before and after operational hours.
