Our Area Leaders are responsible for supporting their teams and leadership in executing daily operations and ensuring many components of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service are meeting our standard. An Area Leader’s greatest responsibility is leading their teams with a focus on the guest. Area Leaders lead by example and model the standard for others to follow.

Area Leader Responsibilities:
- Leading sections in the restaurant and day-to-day service in a high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
- Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
- Coaching others when needed and act as a role model for our team
- Be a friendly, encouraging team player
- Opening or closing shifts
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

- Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager is not required but is preferred.
