Assistant Director Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Train and develop team members in guest services, food preparation, and safety standards.
- Execute daily operations, ensuring compliance with Food Safety, Cleanliness, Quality, and standards.
- Address guest complaints and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Monitor Financial performance, including labor cost and inventory management, to ensure profitability.

- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role
