Part Time Stocking Crew- West Main Location Only

Position Philosophy:

The Stocking Crew will assist in the receiving, stocking, pricing of all merchandise and help maintain a clean and orderly merchandise presentation and overall store cleanliness.  Are you self driven? Benefits Package:

REQUIRED Part time shifts are :  Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 6pm-11pm. 

Weekends & Wednesdays off.

$18.00-$20.00/hr. DOE + Bonus

Essential Duties, Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Provide a positive representation of Owenhouse Ace Hardware.

• Possess a friendly outgoing demeanor; work well with all associates.

• Assist in creating a positive, professional and safe work environment.

• Assist with receiving, checking in and stocking of merchandise throughout the store.

• Assist with maintaining back stock levels.

• Assist with daily maintenance, orderliness and cleanliness of the sales floor & stock room.

• Assist with providing a clean and orderly sales floor, including end caps and ad merchandise.

• Assist with merchandise resets through the store.

• Provide assistance to Department Specialists, i.e. price changes, special orders.

• Ensure signage is current throughout the store.

• Participate in a shift meeting as scheduled.

• Be professional in appearance and actions.

• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Communicate any problem or issue that requires management assistance.

• Assist in pricing, stocking, marking and bagging of merchandise.

•   Work with team to set sale signs and pull sale signs as determined by Stocking Crew Leader.

•   Learn to proficiently create Bin tags.

•   Proficiently Front & Face.

Other Essential Requirements:

Be able to read and follow assembly instructions in a timely and efficient manner. MUST BE DEPENDABLE!

Physical Demands:

Standing, walking, climbing and lifting (up to 50lbs w/help).
