The mission for a Front of House Team Member is to focus on the customer from the moment they arrive and throughout their experience at our store to provide each guest with a memorable, remarkable experience. Areas of responsibility include: front counter service which includes order taking, bagging and serving food to guests and ensuring interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness. The job role includes being able to share and answer questions about the Chick-fil-A brand, food products, the CFA One app and current marketing campaign. All Front of House Team Members are expected to work along with their team with a collaborative spirit to strive for excellent performance in all areas.

Responsibilities::
1. Provide Remarkable Service
- Provide a professional and friendly guest interaction including Core 4, 2nd Mile Service and use the language of hospitality throughout a guest’s experience
- Effectively take orders and help answer questions throughout a transaction
- Ensure accuracy of orders including proper food and condiments
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and to the customer
2. Maintain and Provide an Excellent Environment
- Ensure a clean and inviting front counter, drive-thru, and dining room environment
- Ensure a clean and inviting parking lot environment
- Treat all team members with honor, dignity, and respect
3. Exhibit Proficient Understanding of Marketing Strategies, Chick-fil-A Brand & Product Knowledge
- Stay current on knowledge of marketing events and sampling to customers
- Stay current on a clear understanding of the menu
- Regularly suggestively sells items to customers
- Proficient with POS Technology. A front counter employee can clearly answer POS technology questions including CFA ONE, mobile ordering, gift cards and Apple Pay
Additional Requirements::
For Full Time team members:
- We would like you to be available to start work at either 5:30am or end work at 10:30pm at least 3 days per week and be available on Saturday
- Compensation starts at $14 hourly
- Full time is defined as minimally 30 hours per week
- Health insurance is available after applicable wait period as well as matching 401K plan
- This is a Non-Exempt position
For Part Time team members:
- Either work opening shifts (beginning at 5:30am) or closing shifts (ending at 10:30pm) at least 2 days per week and a minimum of 2 Saturdays per month
- You are willing to work short shifts
- Compensation starts at $13 hourly
- Part time is defined as a maximum of 30 hours per week
- Health insurance is available after applicable wait period as well as matching 401K plan
- This is a Non-Exempt position
COVID-19 Response::
Due to the ongoing pandemic, our dining room is currently closed. We are only serving guests in our drive-thru and via delivery service. Masks are required to be worn by all team members at all times (with the exception of eating during breaks). We have reinforced our cleaning procedures, and do temperature screening and a health questionnaire on all who enter our dining room, including vendors and team members. Interviews are currently conducted virtually.
