If hired, you will begin as a standard employee with the goal to quickly train and became a Shift Manager within 3-6 months

Requirements/Responsibilities

Participate in day-to-day operations in a high-volume restaurant
Encourage the team to deliver exceptional service
Respond promptly to guest needs
Train new hires and set the tone for each shift
Act as a role model and team player
Lead shifts and be a key holder
Possess excellent communication skills
