Team Member Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Use our CORE 4 model to serve guests: create eye contact, share a smile, speak enthusiastically, always say "My Pleasure"
- Provide Second Mile Service, going above and beyond to ensure excellent customer service and make emotional connections with guests
- Provide genuine hospitality and a welcoming environment for guests
- Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
- Maintain cleanliness in dining room (tables, chairs, floors, windows, etc.)
- Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, playground and parking lot
- Keep all condiment stations stocked and clean
- Ensure dining trays are clean and available to Front Counter throughout the shift
- Remove trash from dining room
- Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
- Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Work on their feet for several hours at a time
- Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Follow procedures to ensure Operational Excellence
- Other duties as assigned
