Our company, Dossani Paradise Management, is currently seeking an Accounting Coordinator to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing, filling and coordinating with various parties to ensure accuracy of the financial records for our company.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize QuickBooks Software to perform various duties
- Receive and compile bills, vendor purchases, etc. for accounting records
- Handle Accounts Payable and Receivable Transactions
- Pay and file corporate bills for our all operations
- Perform data entry
Qualifications:
- Prior usage and understanding of QuickBooks
- Previous experience in Accounting preferred
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
