Skills Required:
- HVAC: Advanced- Valid Certification Required
- EPA Certification Required
- Air Conditioning: Advanced
- Refrigeration & Cooling - Walk-In Cooler and Freezer: Advanced
- Plumbing: Advanced- Valid Certification Required
- Restaurant Equipment Maintenance – broilers, fryers, toaster, etc.: Advanced
- Convenience Store Gas Pumps maintenance and repair- Moderate
- Heating Unit: Moderate
- Electrical: Moderate- Valid Certification Preferred
- Building repair and maintenance including painting, touch ups, etc.: Moderate
- Mechanical: Moderate
- Carpentry: Moderate
- Other handyman tasks
Qualifications:
- Prior Repair and Maintenance experience required
- Candidates need to have a valid driver's license and will be subject to a background check
