Job Description:

As a Line Cook at Nightmare Before Blitzen's and Blitzen's Pop-Up Bar, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences. You’ll be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

Food Preparation: Prepare and cook dishes according to our recipes and standards, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.

Station Management: Efficiently manage your designated cooking station, including mise en place, cooking, and plating.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other kitchen staff and front-of-house team members to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of dishes.

Sanitation & Safety: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of ingredients, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Inventory & Ordering: Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred, but we’re open to training enthusiastic candidates.

Skills: Strong knife skills, knowledge of various cooking techniques, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Team Player: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work harmoniously with others in a busy environment.

Passion for Food: A genuine interest in food and a desire to continuously learn and improve.
