Dining Room Host/Hostess Responsibilities:
- Smile and speak enthusiastically
- Create emotional connections with guests
- Maintain eye contact and engage in conversations
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code
- Multitask efficiently and focus on cleaning tasks
- Be team-oriented, adaptable, and dependable
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Consistency, reliability, and a positive attitude
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift and carry 20lbs and stand for long periods
- Availability starting at 2pm to ideally 9pm
