Dining Room Host/Hostess Responsibilities:

  • Smile and speak enthusiastically
  • Create emotional connections with guests
  • Maintain eye contact and engage in conversations
  • Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code
  • Multitask efficiently and focus on cleaning tasks
  • Be team-oriented, adaptable, and dependable

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Consistency, reliability, and a positive attitude
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift and carry 20lbs and stand for long periods
  • Availability starting at 2pm to ideally 9pm
