The ideal candidate will be available for both swing shifts and graveyard shifts as this is a split position between the dispatch office and the compliance office. Swing shifts are 2 pm - 10 pm. Graveyard shifts are 10 pm - 6 am.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of call center or dispatch operator experience
• Proficient computer skills and software knowledge
• Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Maintain communication, video, and computer equipment
• Coordinate information for pass-downs with Operations
• Answer calls promptly and dispatch appropriately
• Monitor alarm signals and deploy personnel as needed
• Ensure all shifts are fully manned
• Utilize effective communication skills in a collaborative environment
