PalAmerican Security - Dispatch and Compliance Manager

The dispatch and compliance manager at PalAmerican Security is responsible for monitoring fire and life safety systems, access control, and CCTV. You will lead the dispatch team, ensuring California Meal Periods and Rest Breaks compliance. This role involves coordinating dispatch operators, handling incident call reporting, and maintaining a secure work environment. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to enhance your supervisory, communication, and leadership skills while working on-site at our branch office.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage new staff
- Oversee daily department workflow
- Provide performance evaluations and training
- Attend and report on office meetings
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Communicate information to clients and security staff
- Monitor CCTV and alarm systems
- Interact with emergency services
- Maintain Security Incident database
- Ensure compliance with meal periods and rest breaks
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong leadership and ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years in Service Industry or related field
- Security experience is a plus
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting and computer work
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
