POSITION FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Ensure workstation readiness for service
- Provide quality guest service
- Set up, serve, break down, and clean up events
- Adhere to safety standards
- Complete assigned duties
Specific Functions and Duties
Event Leads create pack-sheets, oversee event execution, and ensure team efficiency. They handle client communication, payment collection, and event reporting. Effective communication with the General Manager is crucial.
