We are seeking a highly motivated individual to lead and manage our Front of House restaurant area. You must be unstoppably focused on putting guests first, maintaining Chick-fil-A’s high food safety standards, contributing to our culture, and executing all you do with operational excellence. As an Assistant Director at Chick-fil-A, you must be able to grow and develop a team, lead by example with high energy, and create an environment of accountability. We require 2-3 years of prior leadership experience and the ability to work a variety of shifts each week. You must be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The Front of House Assistant Director will report directly to the Front of House Director. Salary is $52,000 yearly plus comprehensive benefit packages, as well as Sundays off.

Requirements:
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Must have a source of reliable transportation
2-3+ years of prior experience in a relative leadership role
Ability to work a variety of different shifts per week, including weekends and holidays as needed
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Ability to handle all equipment and navigate shelving both high and low
Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
Familiarity with food handling, sanitation, and safety standards
ServSafe Certified or ability to receive certification within first 30 days of employment
Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members and guests
Reading, writing, and basic math required
Working in a hot, noisy and fast-paced environment
Possessing a high level of mobility during shifts
Overseeing daily operations during shifts, ensuring smooth service and efficiency
Handling cash management, including deposits and end-of-day reports
Experience with POS systems for processing transactions
Ability to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
Commitment to providing excellent service and handling customer inquiries or complaints
