Chick-fil-A Woodyard Landing in Clinton, MD is looking for a passionate and experienced Director to lead a seasoned and motivated team.

The ideal candidate will develop team members and leaders to meet the business goals. That person will also have:

Servant-hearted leadership
Proven track record of success
Ability to succeed in high-pressure environments
Trustworthy with all aspects of finances and inventory
Energetic and able to relate well with team members in the restaurant and particularly the community
Have an infectious “can do” attitude which influences the results

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Handle Day-to-Day needs of Operations
Drive Thru Reporting
Drives continuous improvement within our culture and systems
Oversees inventory management and month end processes
Engages team members in conversations relating to personal and professional growth
35 hours a week spent in operations 10 hours a week out of operations

Requirements

Must have nights and weekend availability
Must have 5+ years experience in a leadership position
Must be at least 23 years old
Must have a valid Driver's License
Must be available on Saturdays
