We are specifically hiring individuals for this position who have availability and are willing to work during the morning/daytime hours of 3pm-11pm

We are seeking an experienced professional to help implement and maintain culinary initiatives that will support the success of this restaurant.

This individual will become an integral member of the restaurant’s team and will support the collaborative relationship between the executive leadership team and our associates by fostering an educational environment.

This position is responsible for all food production and associated programs including but not limited to, daily food preparation, catering, community outreach, inventory, and training.

The individual selected to fill this role, will maintain the highest professional food quality and sanitation standards.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 3 years in a management role or completion of culinary school is preferred in addition to experience in a productive kitchen and a thorough understanding of inventory, cooking techniques, and customer service is a bonus

PREFERRED CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

ServeSafe Certification

Valid King County Food Handler Card
