We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our management team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the operations of the Restaurant.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in supervising restaurant employees and Shift Leaders
- Adjust daily schedules for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency/productivity
- Assist in completing interviews with potential employees
- Train and evaluate employees for potential growth
- Track employee goals and productivity
- Track monthly/period results and trends of the Restaurant
- Resolve escalated customer concerns/issues
- Assist in Controlling Costs – Labor, Food, Cash, Supplies, Paper and Repair/Maintenance
- Assist in creating ways to increase transactions and sales
- Assist in completing daily and weekly paperwork
- 8-12 Week Training Plan for certification
Qualifications:
- Management experience required. 1 Year minimum.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

- Be able to multi task
- Flexible schedule is required. Asst. Managers are required to be able to work opening shifts, mid shifts and closing shifts.
- Full Time - 40+ hours per week – Scheduled 9 hours per day x 5 days a week.
