As a Coordinator at the restaurant, you will be responsible for owning the execution and results in a specific area of the business. You will be tasked with ensuring that the area stays healthy, growing, and thriving based on the needs and demands of our team and our guests. This will require a high level of business acumen, creative strategizing, and the ability to collaborate and lead a high-functioning team.

Possible Coordinator positions available are Marketing, Drive-Thru, Front Counter, Training, Kitchen (AM/PM), Talent, and Catering. (Availability of positions varies. Kitchen, Drive-Thru, and Talent Coordinators rotate on a 6-9 month basis and are more competitive positions).
In this role, you will get the opportunity to lead others, build relationships with customers and team members, and have the ability to capitalize on your gifts. In addition to all of this, you will be joining America's favorite quick service restaurant, as you are directly mentored by an growth-minded, engaged, present owner/operator.
Additional advancement to a Director role may be available, as well as additional coaching if pursuing a career with Chick-fil-A is something that appeals to you. Please inquire about career opportunities during your interview.
