What We are Looking For:
- Managers work 5, 10 hours shifts with 2 days off per week. Managers average 48 to 55 hours per week.
- Passion for serving best Seafood in the Industry.
- Positive and Dynamic Leader.
- Administration skills (Ordering, Scheduling, Hiring)
- Ability to train new employees on Red Lobsters Recipes and Processes.
- Willingness to work 20 hours a week on Administrative tasks listed above and 30 hours leading from the cooks line. Leading in the trenches during volume periods.
- Great communicator.
- Lead team in sanitation and food safety to best in the Industry.

Education, Experience and other Key Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- 1+ years management or supervisory experience in restaurant, hotel, retail or general business required *2+ years casual dining or full service restaurant management experience preferred
- ServSafe, local and state certifications or the ability to obtain required
