Responsibilities:

Uphold Chick-fil-A standards and policies
Design and implement catering systems using Chick-fil-A requirements
Deliver catering orders, as needed with a company vehicle
Able to navigate stairs and elevators and lift 50lbs.
Provide proactive and timely follow-up with catering customers
Maintains cleanliness and organization of catering equipment
Active role leading and supporting day-to-day shift Operations
Set and achieve goals to grow catering sales
Update processes to improve efficiency and guest experience
Ensure food safety standards and excellence with guests
Hold team accountable to standards and procedures
Provide clear communication and feedback
Be a source of encouragement and positivity
Uphold a culture of excellence

Preferred Skills/Experience:

Proven leadership experience
At least 25 years of age (required to operate company vehicle)
Valid driver licence
Organized and self-motivated
Thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment
Effective communication skills
Desire to care for and develop others
