Responsibilities:
- Uphold Chick-fil-A standards and policies
- Design and implement catering systems using Chick-fil-A requirements
- Deliver catering orders, as needed with a company vehicle
- Able to navigate stairs and elevators and lift 50lbs.
- Provide proactive and timely follow-up with catering customers
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of catering equipment
- Active role leading and supporting day-to-day shift Operations
- Set and achieve goals to grow catering sales
- Update processes to improve efficiency and guest experience
- Ensure food safety standards and excellence with guests
- Hold team accountable to standards and procedures
- Provide clear communication and feedback
- Be a source of encouragement and positivity
- Uphold a culture of excellence
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Proven leadership experience
- At least 25 years of age (required to operate company vehicle)
- Valid driver licence
- Organized and self-motivated
- Thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Effective communication skills
- Desire to care for and develop others
