As a Facilities Director, you will play a crucial role in keeping our restaurant running smoothly by maintaining all equipment and facilities.
Responsibilities:
-Play a crucial role in ensuring that all facilities and equipment within the restaurant meet Chick-fil-A's standards of performance and maintenance
-Become a subject matter expert on all major pieces of equipment
-Train and oversee Team Member cleaning process
-Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs/schedules for all major equipment and store systems.
-Perform daily detail cleaning, inspections, and regular preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.
-Contact and partner with approved vendors for work scopes that the facilities director cannot complete
-Maintain a clean and safe workplace
Qualifications:
-Experience in facilities management, preferably within the restaurant industry
-Knowledge of Chick-fil-A equipment
-Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
-Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
-Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, to meet the needs of the business
